Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Money grabbing, uneducated thieves company with bullying allowed and not investigated. Arrogant staff members are running Ltd. No help, abusive emails and phone calls. Teacher was fine, but the way company is run is a joke and abuse. Its funny when little gangster style company as Waterloo academy tries to justify their actions by replying to review with complete lies. Well it's clearly shows how they operate and how educated and professional they are. Future students you have been warned. Take your money somewhere else, there are more professional and better places. Avoid scam called Waterloo academy Ltd.

I attended English language course and it was good. I've learned a lot from the teacher. Lessons are mainly focused on speaking and vocabulary. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
