First of all I probably wouldn't have tried this product if it wasn't all natural. I've used Rebound Patches a handful of times now and can saw I've had a great experience. I haven't gone super hard or anything, but having a few drinks and continuing to hydrate with the patch on has led to easier next day activities! Not a cure-all but definitely has helped!
