Ordered multiple times from Kado and have always received high quality of service. On my latest order I did not receive part of the order but dropped an email enquiring and received an almost immediate response informing me that the order had been split in two to make sure that both pieces arrived safely! This made total sense due to the shape of one of the objects. Top quality service!
