I've been a shooter for many years and bought scopes and other related items from known suppliers. I'd not heard of Tacticalscope until I was looking for a pair of quick release mounts. TS beat everyone else on price and their communication at every stage, Late last Thursday I ordered a new scope from Nick Wake at a good price compared to five other outlets. By Saturday it was in my hands, 300+ miles away and again I was kept informed at every stage. A few weeks earlier, Nick replied to me personally with information about another scope--over a weekend as well. In future Tacticalscope will be my first call for scopes and related gear.

My scope was dispatched same day and arrived within 48hrs (N. Ireland). Fantastic premium scope at a very competitive price. Definitely a business that strives to provide 5 star customer service.

I ordered a Vortex Cantilever mount at 12:30pm and was shipped at 3pm which came first thing Saturday morning. Also cheaper than anywhere else and had it stocked.

Searched high and low for a scope also sent at least 10 emails and calls to different companies about the scope, those who did reply and answer hadn't got any in stock, nick emailed back right away to any questions I had, nick was very helpful and prompt with replies a hassle free buy for me and definitely will buy again 100% Thank you so much nick

Never heard of a SWFA scope? Never heard of tacticalscopes? The online retail company tacticalscopes.co.uk was the company I used to purchase my SWFA SS scope. Excellent communication answering any questions, sending tracking and with prices within my budget, plus free carrier delivery within 48 hours of purchase. Their quick, polite and informative response to my enquiries gave me the confidence to purchase and I have not been disappointed. I am extremely pleased with all aspects dealing with them and will certainly be returning.

I recently purchased a scope from this company and I can only say it was a real pleasure doing business with them. Nick is a great guy to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful when I had to return a fixed 10 x magnification scope, simply because I couldn't get along with the high power. We spoke on the phone about this and without any hesitation whatsoever, he agreered to exchange it immediately for the lower power 6x. On each occasion the scopes were well packaged and arrived the day after posting. E-mail's and notifications were replied to, and sent out in quick time (something that other companies would do well to learn). To sum up. Great service from Nick. I’d just found if ordered something wrong from another shop so I was panicking a bit that I’d have no way of fitting my new scope to my new rifle. I emailed a pretty dumb question about a picatinny rail just after 5pm on Monday. Nick was really quick and helpful in replying, he didn’t make me feel stupid at all. In less than half an hour all sorted and the right rail ordered. Despatched the next morning and arrived the following day. Really helpful to a newbie and great service. Thank you!

Had great service from Nick at Tacticalscope. Ordered Optisan scope on Saturday. Emailed Nick on Sunday evening to double check that i had ordered the correct scope before it was sent out on Monday. Had email back from him at 8am Monday morning confirming i had correct scope. Scope arrived 8am Tuesday morning. Excellent service, I had a very specific item in mind and had been round the houses trying to find it in stock. Some site's appeared to have it in stock only to find they didn't just before payment. This seemed a little underhand in my opinion. However Tacticalscope.co.uk were very transparent with what they have in stock and competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and exactly as stated. I ordered and received some excellent Vortex scope mounts, but this review is of the excellent service I received from Nick and his team. I ordered the mounts on Wednesday evening and got them delivered on Friday, then realised I had ordered the wrong height. E mail Nick before 8am on Saturday and 15 mins later got a message telling me how to return the mounts along with the correct part number and no mention of extra postage. Sent them back the same day and the replacements arrived on Thursday. That is truly excellent service. My advice is , use this company! Thanks Nick. Howard

Excellent Customer Service from Nick at Tacticalscope. Sadly my UTG 3-9x32 Bugbuster scope purchased last year developed a problem with its tracking and was unable to hold its zero. It was replaced without any hassle by Nick who posted a new one to me the day after I contacted him to raise the issue. Cannot fault this excellent aftercare service - would highly recommend Nick for pre-purchase advice, ease of purchase and now outstanding customer service

Excellent prices and service. I purchased a scope and mounts in May. The price was the best i could find in Europe and the processing of the order was straight foreward. I recieved the package at the promissed date, and i couldn't be happier. the only complaint is that it took two days from ordering online untill i reciewed any confirmation on the deal.

Bought a Vortex scope for my AR from them for a very competitive price and the delivery to Italy was next-day! I accidentally bought the wrong mount rings but they allow returns on any item, and they provided support in suggesting which mounts were best suited to my needs. Fast, friendly, very good prices, will definitely order from them again!
