Great service & prices

Absolutely shocking Ordered a rug a week ago. Still not dispatched. Daily attempts to contact the company via shop and Watsapp and phone. Laura is Ignoring all requests for a refund and goods still not dispatched. Shocking customer service, would avoid at all costs. I have now contacted my bank to get a refund. Edit (24th Nov): Despite order cancelled, STILL no refund processed and website now shut!

The company took payment for an item that they did not have in stock. I have still not received the refund and the "Managing Director" is now ignoring messages and emails. It has now been referred to Paypal and the issue has been escalated as the company has not responded to Paypal either.

Slow dispatch, paid for 3-5 working days delivery, now on day 10 and my order still hasn’t arrived! Still saying DPD is waiting for my order! Messaged and emailed and have no reply.

Delivery took a bit longer than it should have which you offered a refund of postage but where the refund went I don't know?apart from that all good thanks

Informed order had arrived. It was no longer in stock. Still waiting for updated order to be delivered and no way of tracking. However, the customer service advicer that made contact via email was helpful
