I find it difficult to understand why this company has received such bad reviews. Maybe I have been lucky but they have been excellent from start to finish. Delivered when they said they would and kept me fully up to date on delivery. Delighted with my furniture and their customer service was exceptional. I would recommend 100% and do not be put off by any bad reviews. I would order again from Gardenman.

Shocking service, order (GM102831) placed 4 June with delivery date of 8 June - no delivery, 21 June told order would be delivered 22 June, no delivery two chaser phone calls and no response - not very good service

Ordered and paid for garden furniture that was in stock. Didn't arrive on delivery day. Rearranged. Still didn't arrive. Took several phone calls (they were trying to rearrange delivery which would have failed again) to be told it wasn't in stock for at least 6 weeks.

Slight delay in delivery, but great communication throughout. Lovely lazy susan that is exactly what I wanted :-)

Although there was a delay in the original delivery date when it was available delivery was completed very quickly, would certainly use again.

Delivery time was quicker than advertised. I was updated regularly on my delivery status. The men helped bring my set round the back for me. The set itself is great so far, decent size and quality. Will have a comfortable summer, thank you very much 🤩

I’m giving this one star but only because there is not an option to leave zero. I ordered a fire pit dining set which was due for delivery in early June, I then received an email telling me that it would be delayed until late August. I called to say that wasn’t acceptable and subsequently changed my order for another set that was “in stock”. It was more expensive but at least I would have it before the end of August. It was due on 11th June and actually arrived a day early, however only the chairs were delivered because the table was damaged and rejected by the transport company doing the delivery. The transport company and myself both contacted Gardenman on the day of delivery to inform them of the non delivery/damaged table and since then I have spoken to Gardenman about 6 times on the phone. On each occasion it has been a different member of their customer services department and in the space of almost 2 weeks they still haven’t received the table back from the delivery company (they are apparently working with reduced staff etc), Gardenman have checked with their warehouse/uk supplier to see if they have another table in stock (they don’t) and the latest is that if the table is salvageable (apparently it’s only the glass top that is smashed) they will arrange for a glazier to make a new one) they will then get it delivered to me again. No idea how long this could take - how long is a piece of string?! Being completely cynical I imagine it will be early August, probably the 2nd, which coincidentally is the date they have given me as the date their next shipment is due in! The company model seems to be take orders, promise delivery dates, then change delivery dates all the while taking customers money and provide crap customer service. An absolutely awful company to deal with unless you are one of the few people who get their orders on time (there seems to be few of those). I absolutely would not recommend them.

Great first impression speaking to Andrew Canham with whom we placed the order for Maze corner suite with rising table. Was concerned with some of the reviews and it does appear that if you have any problems it can be difficult to get them resolved. However, we did not. The furniture arrived early in the warehouse and we received it a week before the expected date. Everything was well packaged and in good condition with friendly courier delivery.

Maze Oxford U Shaped sofa and fire pit table - Ordering and paying for the furniture was simple communication with delivery times was 5 Star.....However did find it very difficult to speak to someone as we were missing the two ends after several emails and telephone calls to gardenman themselves I resulted in contacting the warehouse via the track link and Reanne found the rest of the order and scheduled it out for delivery, we have received it today and I must say it is worth the wait, aftercare customer service takes a while maybe as they are still working from home?

Really pleased with the furniture. We were informed there would be a delay but furniture then arrived sooner than expected. Great delivery service, very helpful couriers who arrived on time and brought furniture right out to the patio.

After going to Gardenman in Lowestoft I was amazed with the large selection of outdoor garden furniture on show. Staff were helpful. Received my garden furniture delivered at the weekend. Delivery driver was so helpful too. So pleased with my furniture it looks amazing. Easy to assemble. Actually arrived earlier than my delivery date. What with the weather it came at the right time. Thank you Gardenman.co.uk will be visiting again soon for matching items. 5 star service and 100% satisfaction 😊

Furniture arrived on time, as advertised.

Rang Gardenman on Wednesday to purchase an Winchester 6 seat bar set with ice bucket that showed as in stock. Worried about other reviews, I was quickly satisfied by the sales person that the item was in stock. Even better is was available for delivery on Friday. Friday came and delivery crew kept me up to date with their location via an app and even called to give me a 30 minute warning. Great product, great service.

Excellent communication. Advised re delivery date and then several texts letting me know time courier would deliver.
