Finland | 03 July 2024Product is good but be aware if you’re ordering from Europe and you get an email saying that European customers paying VAT will not pay additional customs or duties. Surprisingly you still have to pay. Customer service will tell you that you don’t have to pay anything. Long story short. At the end they refunded the paid customs and duties amount I paid on their website. I had to pay a lot more than to Outex. Meaning: they didn’t take care of it. Also check the invoice they sent to FedEx. They marked that the receiver will pay. I’d give more stars but the customer service wasn’t good at all.
