CCI is a wonderful credentialing organization to help refine and hone skills with career coaching from foundational knowledge, well-defined coaching levels/approaches along with job search strategy development. The overarching content is sound, current and directly applicable to developing career coaching skills with a variety of clientele.

As I started my career coach certification journey, I did research on a couple programs out there and CCI stood out to me the most in regards to their content, schedule, philosophy, etc. I just finished my program and am so glad that I went with the right decision of choosing CCI's training. Dana is also an amazing coach, and Pat is an awesome Director. Thank you both, I'm excited to continue to make a positive impact in the world thanks to CCI!
