I had pretty much already decided to ho with whatever he said was the best option untill he failed to contact me

I spoke to someone who seemed to be writing my details on the back of an envelope. I presume that the envelope ended up in the bin because from that date (31/07/13) I have heard nothing except the e-mail asking me to rate your company. I rate it pretty low, poor would be generous.

When I questioned why they needed information on my expenditure, she explained that it was to provide the best cover so that any bills were covered etc. The girl who I spoke to was excellent!

United Kingdom | 29 April 2013Never going to do this again! Made a casual enquiry regarding some insurance products through MoneySupermarket. The site was completely misleading in that it suggested that I would be given a rough online quote - which was all I was after. I accept that some insurance products are more complex than others but I was absolutely bombarded with calls, texts and emails to a ridiculous extent. One company rang me 4 times a day for a week!!!! Total nonsense. What made them think I wasn't capable of picking up the phone if I wanted to speak to them? I'll never use MoneySupermarket again - I blame the site for not making it clear until AFTER I'd requested a quote that a load of salesmen would be given my details. And would then proceed to call me day and night for a week. Who honestly thinks that people buy this way anymore?

Needless to say I won't be taking any insurances out vie yourselves! Sorry but you asked for feedback...... Oh I didn't even get as far getting a quote as when I explained I wasn't even apologised to just told that it wasn't her fault, it certainly wasn't my fault.

He then arranged a convenient time to call me back. The reason this was done effectively but efficiently was due to me being at work during the initial contact. So fa I am overall impressed with the service.
