I had a faulty central heating control unit upstairs, which meant we had no heating at a bad time of the year. Heather and their team walked me through how to remove the control unit from the wall, and it simply needed batteries fitting. One area for improvement: While Lindsey was fantastic, we were disappointed that Alexander, the business owner, didn't personally reach out after our initial agreement, as requested. A direct line of communication with the owner would have been ideal given some of the difficulties further down the chain. Overall, Lindsey's professionalism and support made a significant difference in our experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
