I received damaged goods in a box that smelled of fish and incomplete goods. The order was for 4 bottles of Mogen David red wine Concorn and one bottle of Carlo Rosso white wine. I received 2 bottles of red and one of white... One was refunded and 1 was not... I will never order anything from you again!!!

My order was missing an item. I asked for a refund. No one got back to me. Then I got a promo email from them so I asked again for a refund, they apologised and said they will sort it. It had been about 2 weeks now and no refund.

You have packed heavy jars on top of fragile biscuits - hence ruined them all as they were all broken and crumbled

Food came quickly

This was my first purchase with MyFooDen, and it was a great experience! Everything arrived thoughtfully packed and still chilled, and it has been fun learning about and trying out traditional European foods that you can’t otherwise get anywhere in the UK! It’s like being on holiday!
