I was referred to Dr Ian Maratos as I was finding it difficult to consistently use CPAP. As a pilot I needed to meet a minimum usage to maintain my Medical. Ian immediately impressed me with his knowledge and qualifications relating to the use of MAS devices to reduce sleep Apnoea. Ian sourced the last existing monitoring device for my MAS and made many modifications to get the best possible outcome far exceeding my expectations. As a Dentist, he was the best I have ever experienced and I now frequently recommend him to others. Ian and Jacqueline have a friendly, professional team and the business has a real family feel. Dr Ian is a caring and thorough practitioner whom my husband and I highly recommend. No-one loves going to the dentist but this is an experience gentler than most. The staff are warm and friendly and I came home with an armful of specialty products to maintain the care.

Ian has been my dentist for 40 odd years, if it had not been for his professional attitude and honest approach to his clients I would most likely not still have my own teeth. He is always respectful and includes the patient in his decision making. He is very abley assisted by Kate the practice nurse, who is also professional in her work. Dr Ian Maratos and his super team, including Jacqueline and Kate, always ensure my regular 6 monthly dental visit is smooth and drama free. For years and years I’ve suffered from an acute fear of visiting the dentist ….but I can honestly say ‘no longer’!!! From the friendly welcome and then on to my time in the dentist chair I feel relaxed, comfortable and confident that I’m in very safe, competent hands! The practice is extremely clean and has all the latest up to date dental equipment. All of the staff really do care and I would highly recommend this surgery to any of my family and friends. After having significant pain and discomfort in my jaw for about 2 years, having seen many specialists for a result, I was referred to Dr Maratos and the team at The Snore Fix Doctor where I found out I had some serious sleep issues. Dr Maratos and Jacqueline were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the explanation and treatment of my issue and now I feel great. I’m no longer tired in the day time, my jaw no longer clicks and it doesn’t experience any pain. My overall health and well-being is the best it’s been in a long time. I couldn’t recommend a dentist, sleep professional or TMJ/ TMD specialist any higher than what I would rate both Ian and Jacqueline.

Ian has improved my sleeping experience enormously. I was someone who snored throughout the night and now I don't. I was always waking-up, feeling totally embarrassed and hence leaving the marital bed (my choice). I was often tired due to poor sleep. Now, 90% of the time, I sleep through the night - it was, and still is amazing, and it's been a number of years now. Ian is also an excellent dentist. The work he has just completed on my front tooth is an act of artistry. Sleep and dental health are paramount to good health. Ian assisted me with both. The team he has working with him are very pleasant and considerate.

Today I have experienced the best dental care available. I had put this appointment off for sometime due to having extremely sensitive teeth. I can honestly say I received a full checkup and clean without any pain or sensitivity issues. Dr Ian Maratos was sympathetic to my issue but assured me as there was not enough time to administer pain relief, he could proceed with the clean, but would stop if necessary. There was no need to stop. I have clean & polished teeth, pain free and drug free.

I came to see Ian a while back after copping a stack of grief from my wife and needed to very quickly get something sorted out. The team were so responsive and helped get me fitted for a new device so I could at least get some reprieve with the snoring. Any subsequent follow ups for any adjustments are easy to organise.
