Product wasn't bad last time I ordered. I recently ordered two separate kgs about a month ago I asked for tracking never received it. It's been over 3 weeks typically coming from out of the country two and a half weeks is expected. Going on over a month now no idea where the packages are.

I have made several purchases from Borneohale since 2016. I had some anxiety purchasing direct from Indonesia, a company about which I could find little information back then. Since there was a potential loss of significant amount of money, I needed to trust them. Initially dealing with Andri, subsequently others, my fears were allayed by our communication. I was equally anxious about customs agents blocking my shipment. As it turns out, Borneohale was very good about choosing shipping methods that favored delivery to the customer; I have always received the product in amazingly fast time from placing order and sending payment. Ideally, we could see cheap shipping by boat to USA, the S&H would be both cheaper and still speedy to destination, perhaps in future, as the shipping cost parallels that of the product. I recommend Borneohale for anyone purchasing bulk; I think they are trustworthy and economical, and although I have sampled only a few different strains, they were all of exceptional quality.

My experience with Borneohale.com was positive. they responded quickly, and they worked with me to get my kratom through customs. It's also true that they have uncommon strains with a 2 percent alkaloid content Pricing was reasonable. To make your purchase worthwhile, I advise you to buy at least 20 kilos. Borneohale.com is absolutely worth a try if you're a vendor and wish to have ample stock in your storage. I purchased 50 kilos of several strains for my shop, and each one was of good quality.

These guys are rock solid. I am not a girl who likes to wait and they are in another country so figuring out the logistics took a minute but they were right there for any concerns I had. Very personable too, they asked about my dogs every email, lol. Turns out it was well worth the short wait and I expect we will have a very long relationship.
