Scalper pricing,try to refuse refunds on items when customers have 14 days to return anything bought online and sarcastic,rude customer service. To the reply below you told me in the first email in response to me asking for a refund you don't refund because someone finds something cheaper,so we're refusing the refund,it was only when I threatened to put it on social media and stated the law that you responded offering a refund,you advertised on Facebook for 1 item at £39.99 a week later you charge 59.99 for 1? Of course I thought it was for 2 after seeing the 1st price,I wouldn't expect a £20 hike a week after release.
