Excellent customer service and value This is the second time I have purchased frames with ultra thin lenses from Toni & Guy Opticians. Sara worked hard to make sure everything was exactly right with my order. The low price for high quality Zeiss lenses is impressive - significantly cheaper than high street opticians.

My initial review of this company was one that was largely negative. I had experienced a poor level of service and had not been updated on the status of my order in almost three weeks. However, following being contacted by Sara, one of the company's customer service advisers, I do feel that my feelings towards this company were turned around, which is quite a difficult task. Sara did listen to my concerns and explained the reasons for the delay, as well as sorting out a replacement pair of glasses which were delivered to me within 24 hours. The quality of the product is very good and I would order again.

14 Sept - Order Bvlgari glasses with clear plano lenses and Prada sunglasses with normal lenses. To be delivered to Australia 9 Oct - receive Prada sunglasses with clear lenses. Did not receive Bvlgari glasses 10 Oct - advised to return Prada sunglasses and that the Bvlgari glasses were sent separately and would arrive shortly. I request for a new pair of sunglasses to be sent, instead of having the lenses changed out again on the pair that was sent. 17 Oct - No response to my request. Bvlgari glasses still have not arrived. I have sent a follow up email with no response. 19 October - tl;dr it has been 1 month, 4 days since I ordered two items. I have neither item and no indication of when they will arrive. I suspect the bvlgari glasses were not sent separately, they were likely only sent when I raised the issue with the Prada sunglasses. Mistakes happen, but lack of response to emails is unacceptable.

Lots of selection of glasses, with great designers which are reasonable priced. The service I received was first class, I will certainly go back when my glasses need replacing. Parking is easy as you don't need to travel to Bolton and pay parking fees.

Sunglasses came quickly in secure packaging. They got broken within the first month of me ordering them and Sara at Toni and Guy did everything she could do get a new pair to me under warranty - excellent customer service there. 4* and not 5* because it took me about three telephone calls and three emails to get through to anyone to help me, but once I got through - very good service.

Update from 5 weeks ago.. Still no glasses or refund or communication.. Useless... Looks like the small claims court.. Tried phoning and email.. Nothing...

Thank you for my Glasses. Excellent customer service and quality products. This is the second pair ive bought from Toni & Guy Opticians over the past couple of years and will be going back for more when i need new glasses. Highly recommended!

Ordered and paid for glasses 28/6/17, I then received an email the next day telling me they can't get those frames anymore despite being advertised on their website. They kindly offered to change my order and give me 10% off the new frames so I reordered and was told I would get a refund for the difference. 3 weeks on I had neither received my new glasses or my refund so I spoke to them again only to be told they could not tell me when the new frames would even arrive with them let alone myself. I was offered a full refund and then the phone went dead, I rang straight back to make sure I had the full details and was told it would take the standard 3 days to go back into my account but would be processed that day. 2 days later I receive a refund for less than half the amount I had paid them originally. I have had to take time out of my day to again phone them to find out what is going on and when I finally got through to them and was left on hold for 5 minutes I was then told that this was the refund for the difference in price of the two frames and that they still didn't know when the new frames would be in, when I queried this the lady I spoke to then claimed they didn't know I had cancelled the order and she was asked to refund the difference which should have been done 3 weeks before. I have since ordered the same frames and lenses from another website for £23 less and they have confirmed delivery within 7 days. All in all this was a very poor experience, between their website seemingly advertising any products whether they can get them or not and the poor customer service received over the phone I cannot recommend this company in anyway and I urge anyone to avoid them if at all possible. Addition:- I was offered and accepted the offer of a full refund on Saturday, not today and as such your explanation was neither asked for or required, implying that I am some how at fault for not asking you for an explanation is further proof of your poor attitude towards customer service and I would appreciate it if this is the last I hear from either you or your company.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful staff. I had plenty of styles and designer brands to choose from and they were much cheaper than on the high street. I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses and 3 pairs of sunglasses from Toni and Guy Opticians over the last couple of years and never had a problem with delivery or the quality of the product received. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I would totally recommend Toni & Guy Opticians. They have a a great range & a very knowledgeable team who are happy to help. My glasses were much cheaper than on the high street, they were sent out quickly and I'm really happy with them.
