From the start of marketing my home he was always available and prompt in both meetings, calls and emails, he kept me fully informed on every viewing and ultimately on the decision of the sale. There were stumbling blocks due to the chain but Jon was always on hand to discuss and chase up solicitors and issues. This resulted in the completion date as requested by all involved. Jon was a breath of fresh air compared to other big agencies, no sales pitching or harassing, he was honest with opinions when asked and easy to understand when i felt confused by the process of selling. I would not hesitate to use Jon or the Local Agent again and will highly recommend to anyone.
