Contact was good, helpful advisors, delivery efficient. One note that I think is important for your customers. A highly visible note on the delivery crate to advise on systematic removal of slabs to ensure balance is maintained. There is a high risk of injury and damage to slabs if balance is not maintained in the crate.

Really happy with my experience using Nustone to purchase porcelain slabs for my garden patio. A great selection to choose from and good delivery service. I also had a really quick and helpful response to an email I sent regarding delivery. The porcelain slabs themselves look as good as they did on the website, I was also impressed by the packaging. Not only well wrapped, but the slabs have plastic corner protectors,which I think is an excellent extra. I will definitely be using and recommending Nustone from now on.

Excellent service, lots of contact from the driver re time of delivery. I was having 2 pallets of tiles delivered and once they had been delivered the driver put all the equipment away and was about to drive off when he looked in his wing mirror and saw I could not get the gate closed. He stopped came back and moved the pallet so the gate closed. The tiles are exactly as advertised.

I Ordered, i paid & our black rattan garden furniture was delivered 5 working days later. I ordered by phone and the lady i spoke to was very helpful. I was updated regularly by phone and email. Steve who delivered our furniture was very helpful, the furniture was in carboard boxes and then film wrapped on a palatte, several of the boxes were wet, steve helped us unwrap the film and open the boxes to check the furniture, he made notes & took photos.. The furniture was fine. Steve gave me a business card with who to contact if i had any problems with the furniture .. So a thumbs up from ordering to unpacking..

Delivery excellent from Palletways. The only problem is there is no collection of the large timber crate or the pallet, so I have to get rid of it somehow. There were no broken slabs, so the whole 50 no. undamaged. Very pleased with the slabs.

Very good experience easy to order. Got a good price on the tiles ordered on the Thursday before the bank holiday delivered to my house on an electric pallet truck in the space that I needed it to go in the Wednesday of the following week will definitely use again.
