Reports every 3 months is crazy. And then you send me emails saying that same thing over and over and over. I see why you charge a full real upfront. Cause no one would stick with a month to month subscription when there is months without any activity.

Provides the best capability to remove all personal information from the internet that can be removed. Have used the service for almost a year. Went from 45+ sites displaying personal information to 0, and continually removing re-appearing information. Joindeleteme was responsive to my desire to delete information from smaller known sites, unlike most other services, and systematically deleted the information. High degree of trust to stop and remove my information from the internet.

The customer service is incredible! I noticed my information on one of the sites DeleteMe had already contacted. I reached out to DeleteMe to see if I needed to do anything on my end or if the site just took awhile to remove it. I had an explanation of what was going on with the website & confirmation my information was removed within a few hours. I’m so happy I decided to join DeleteMe. I’ve been really impressed by the work they do.

This company seems useful, but you sign up and they just spam and up sell their own products. Literally I even emailed to ask to get NO MORE marketing emails, and literally not even a week later I get another one trying to sell me another service from them. GO AWAY. Instantly decided to cancel my account. I hate this company. Horrible actors.

DeleteMe is a good service, but requires the user to do some work to ensure data is removed from certain websites that appear in Google searches. Given that Google is a primary search engine, I think that, for the subscription cost, DeleteMe should follow up with Google to get dead links removed, minimizing the amount of work that needs to be performed by users.

I only have positive things to say about this company. all of my personal information that was flooding the internet is gone! they keep on top of it. they keep you informed. they respond immediately to any of your inquiries and it's worth every penny for your own privacy!!
