It was a little difficult to navigate initially. pictures are OK, description is OK. It's hard to really gauge the quality from words or photos. I am pleased with the final product.

The team got the items I needed produced in a timely manner and the quality of the products and packaging was 1st class.

Because I was ready with my artwork and quick to approve the proof, I had my plaque at my door within a week of placing the initial order.
