My question for everyone it’s as follow; why an American base company as they claim use an Chinese courier service with no address and contact details here in Belgium….when I wrote an email to so called Lucky Vitamins and even though in their Website said “package was delivered “ but I couldn’t find … I have been told to look around the court yard or contact the local post office … hello u suppose to send it with the local postal service in the first place ..this is my reward for trying to give business to an American company as an expat ..I will write another review after I get an answer from Lucky Vitamins again Steven Romanoff .. Lucky Vitamin has very good price, better than Amazon. I only gave the experience 4 stars because I had lots of website issues. Using MS Edge I couldn't get the order through, I finally went to Chrome and used a different credit card. The website seemed sluggish, but it could have been other factors.

Watch out for hidden cost. They offer free shipping for $49 or over but if you choose the auto ship it takes so much off for first order that it will negate the free shipping unless you choose to become part of a shopping club that cost $49something a year and gives you $25 and up free shipping. I really had to do some adding to see if it was even worth it... It wasn't. If you are making large orders every month then maybe it would be, just check it out before you make an order.

I was really happy to see a site that offers much cheaper products for supplements that are sold at a high price in my country. Beyond the price, the shopping experience is very pleasant: there are clear details about the contents of the products, there are reviews for those products, the division into categories is clear and it is easy to find your way around the site. Shipping is a bit slow - took a month - but the overall shopping experience is pretty good. I have not experienced the company's customer service, so I can not attest to it.
