United Kingdom | 01 December 2018I like to have faith in the advice given, or products stocked, and when you know the shop is owned by an active and nfas supportive owner - then that goes along way... I do shop around, and buy from others on occasion, but Phoenix is my first stop... Good service and delivery times also... And even though I haven’t visited the shop - Mark and the team are very helpful by email or phone! (and I would definitely pop in if I lived closer! But would probably be damaging for my health and martial status :) )
