United Kingdom | 22 March 2025Delivery was agreed for after 3pm as I was at work. Paid for bed to be built. Bed was delivered at 1pm and left in my front garden in full view of the street. Not built despite having paid for this.

United Kingdom | 17 March 2025Should of looked at reviews before buying. Seems had the same experience. Damaged and dirty and ripped. got told to clean it with fabric cleaner. After saying no and demanding a return no contact with me what so ever then turned up at my door (i was out) to then be told i will have to return the bed myself and gave me a address. I paid £90 for a pallet return because i did not want the bed. It got returned to address provided through paypal. To be accused of not sending it! Eve with tracking and videos ect. Rude and useless. Trying to say they will claim the money back as i haven't returned (i have) So no bed and threats. Caused nothing but stress and anger. Should not be allowed to sell anything at all. If i met this person in real life there would be some serious strong words. Selling crap and then phoneing my wife being rude. Don't let the picture of their website fool you. Made from crap not worth anything my local dump wouldn't of even taken this bed.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Our kingsize bed was delivered on 7th October 2024 at 7pm in the dark. The delivery men had no idea where my bed was on the back of the van as a total mess. They eventually found a headboard which they thought was ours, but was for a double bed so they had to look again totally unprofessional. They eventually found our kingsize headboard and left. The next morning we opened up the delivery to find the footboard was damaged. I took a photo and sent it to them asking for a replacement they came back and said no problem they will send a replacement. I have sent many messages chasing and they keep saying when they have a delivery in my area they will replace it. It has now been 4 months and I am still waiting for my replacement they are now ignoring my messages.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but after yesterday i feel i have to. The bed we ordered looked beautiful online, the company looked professional and described how all of their beds are expertly made. Well this could not be any further from the truth. What we received is a poorly finished, cheap bed frame that was nothing like as was what was described. It was also filthy as if it was second hand and when this was brought up at the time of delivery he told me to use a wet wipe and they will send out a cleaning kit!! You should not have to clean a brand new bed that you have just paid £££'s for! Needless to say the cleaning kit never arrived. Not long after the handle to lift the ottoman has frayed & snapped aswell. After reading the reviews on here about them not responding to emails i decided to go through PayPal with my concerns however they did not respond to the case either but instead decided to turn up unexpectedly at my house yesterday (sunday) morning demanding to take come and see the bed and take it away. After a while going back & forth with my refusal (they had all the pictures they needed through paypal) they left. I am in utter despair that they have done this and can not believe the sheer gall that they think this would be acceptable. Ignore my emails and then think they can turn up and take the item away with no communication, refund or warning! I am so outraged about this i feel i have to come on here and warn other potential customers. Please do not fall for the 'luxurious' looking beds and 'professional' website, they are all far from it on both fronts. It won't be long before they change their name and start trading under another alias like other companies do when they get so many negative reviews from customers they have mislead so please, make sure you at least purchase through credit card to protect yourself.

United Kingdom | 10 November 2024Ordered a bed frame, delivery was ~4hours later than the hour slot I was told the day before. Once they did arrive, all they did was damage my walls (scratches, even knocking a hole) and didn't seem to have any idea of how to deliver a bed. For what it's worth, I've bought another bed frame from a different retailer (similar size) and the guys got it in with no issues. Since messaging to ask for a refund (nevermind the damage caused), they've ignored my requests completely. Ignore, this is an unprofessional company. I mean, who lists a mobile number as the only contact number (which goes to a giffgaff default voicemail?). For what it's worth, that was the same number the delivery guy called me on, despite stating that I'd have to contact the company (I suspect he is the company). Save yourself the hassle. I'm now having to try and chargeback through my card provider.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2024Terrible experience- wrong colour, wrong dimensions. Not answering the e-mails. Had to start a case with the payment company provider, and been offered a refund but must send it back at my cost. So, £40 for assembly, £40 for disassembly and £60 to send it back- how one person can do all packaging and sending in normal home environment- we are talking about king size bed, not a garment or a book. Losing £140 because they do not check their own dimensions and colours? This also coincided with my holidays so couldn't even adhere to their timeframes to send it back. Hate the bed so will go to bin soon when I will find a good replacement. Shame can't add photos here. Oh, and they pick and chose 5* reviews on their website- not even sure they are real, read trustpilot

All I can say is excellent service thank you. Would reccomend to anyone who needs a bed and well worth paying for the assembly.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2024Bed was lovely when we first got it. Within a year the middle beam has snapped right on a knot in the wood. Bed has become noisy as anything and now keeps us up all hours. Been told I can collect a new one from their warehouse which is couple hundred of miles away, pay £45 to have it delivered or just go buy one from b&q. Aftercare is poor. Not impressed.

On my email receipt it it doesn’t even confirm the item I have purchased just states essence bed (but no size or quantity etc) When the item has turned up it’s a double bed but I know I ordered a king size…. At the point of delivery I told them it’s the wrong size and want to exchange to the bigger size and will pay any difference if needed if it is my error or there’s etc and they just said “no”. Yet all over there website it states “hassle free returns”… at what point can you return if the bed has just been delivered and I’m wanting to return/exchange can you do this then? As seems false advertisement on their website. Also the delivery was meant to come on Saturday and didn’t then Monday then they called me to say they want to deliver Tuesday as no point delivering to me on the Monday as I’m the only customer this way and they had 6 others on the Tuesday I said I needed the bed for Monday as was currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor with a 6 month old and he hung up on me!!! Then text me a few hours later to say it would be Tuesday! Tuesday came and I got given 10-1 timeslot and they didn’t deliver it until 7pm!!!!! Honestly awful experience will never ever use this company again and be warned everyone!!!

United Kingdom | 22 January 2024Seen a gorgeous ottoman I wanted on their website few weeks ago & couldn't decide which colour so I ask for some free samples of the colours I have chosen. I also sent an email as I had a question about the bed & wanted to know before spending an awful lot of money on one item. Never got a reply to my email nor did I get my free samples. If they can't be bothered to send out my requested samples & answer an important question, then I can't order & they will lose many many hundreds of pounds. Plus, if you click onto the website above in blue, it say "Sorry! If you're the owner of this business, please contact the provider - if you are seeing this message it may mean the IP address has changed, there has been a server misconfiguration or the site may have moved to a different server". Something isn't right here......

United Kingdom | 11 May 2023Bought a bed and requested to cancel the sale, as per my Consumer Rights, within 14 days. As the purchase was made before the weekend and it was a bank holiday, they tried to make an excuse saying the bed had already been built, which is a lie. They are ignoring my calls and emails and their telephone is a mobile number ... not very professional. Have filed a chargeback and may have to take them to small claims.
