Avoid, Avoid,Avoid This company doesn’t value their customers This company installed 2 locks on my van. The 2 locks have 5 years warranty. One of the locks isn’t working anymore (within 5 years warranty). I called them to fix / change the lock. - At first they wanted to charge me, they said they didn’t have proof of payment when the locks were installed. So I sent them proof of payment ( payment was done online) They definitely had records of my payment. - It took a month since the first time I contacted them about the issue to arrange a date to fix / change the lock. They finally came and told me that my actual door handle had issues which was a lie. They didn’t even try changing the actual lock that was faulty which they installed. Good luck.

Great services & knowledge . After having our van easily broken Into. Called Vansecure who came out the next as it was an emergency. Toby was a wealth of knowledge making sure we did the right things. Repaired the damage and secured the van. He’s since been back twice more. Can’t recommend them more.

Brilliant service - did a really great job on my VW Caddy
