Fantastic, empathetic, easy to deal with and overall very refreshing in a tricky and sensitive situation. I have never been in debt before, but after taking out just one small loan, it all snowballed from there into an unmanageable amount, and many different payments throughout the whole month. Dexter Bell made this into one monthly payment, manageable for me and all of my debtors have frozen their interest and agreed to our terms. I feel less stressed and know I can count on Dexter Bell to sort anything out that may occur. I send them all of my correspondence from the debtors via email or WhatsApp and 99% of the time get a response the same or next day. For £35 a month, their service is brilliant.
