I've lost 32 pounds so far and it has been quite easy. I have a NP that follows me and checks in regularly. My supplies are sent with my meds every month. I get excellence customer service too.

I have a great experience with JRNYS. Doctors always on phone, all questions was answer, they always gave you suggestions what to do and ask about your feelings. I was impressed and what is more important that everything is working without side effects.

Customer service is great. Providers respond very quickly to questions. The pharmacy ships the medicine in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that the cost rises with every dose. Some companies are keeping the price equal for the whole regimen.

I love that the team is always checking up on how I am doing. They make sure that I’m feeling good, and that I’m not having any side effects.
