The new website does not operate well. In particular, it is hard to finalise payments. Those responsible for software need to try to use the software to experience the obvious difficulties.

I order Optibacs S.Boulardii for my mum as she suffers with IBS & is gluten & lactose intolerant. I believe it helps her to maintain a better gut-balance. It was recommended by a Dietitian to have this one simple strain as mum is very sensitive.

My supplements are delivered on time. I am happy with the product. I find it helpful to have my supplements on a regular basis. The chewable gummies are good for me because I find it hard to swallow tablets. They help my digestive system greatly.

Received a phone call to cancel my subscription after feeding back that my monthly order (which is supposed to arrive every 30 days) will in fact take around 45 days. They even increased the price of the subscription, better to stick with Amazon

I cancelled auto renew twice and each time they dispatched the products and took out payment from my account without my knowledge.

I rate Optibac probiotics that’s why I tried to buy some today. What I don’t rate is being pushed into entering a subscription by strong arm US style marketing which pushes you down the subscription route whether you want one or not. It was almost impossible to purchase one month’s or three month's supply. Each time I pressed the buy button it did not respond. I had to go a very circuitous route to complete my purchase. Good or not I find their selling methods despicable and will research other good probiotics instead
