United Kingdom | 14 November 2024Back in August, I was heading south to London for an extended stay and bought myself some noise cancelling earbuds. I tried to use the earbuds and they worked for precisely 1 hour before the left earbud just stopped. I have written several emails to the company using the details on the box. I have tried to contact customer services via their website, I'm still waiting for a response, I can't go back to where I bought it as it's way down south on the M6. I went to a different concession store of the chain and was told to take the earbuds to a store and they would be swapped out. I don't want swapped out,, I want a refund, I have written to Rip Off Britain to see if they can help me. and now I'm writing here, however, they don't seem to have claimed this company so I doubt this will be seen, What an awful company!

United Kingdom | 15 September 2024Paid to get my charging port replaced, £30 guy cleaned it 2min and changed me £30 still didn't work so took it back guy said he had to take my phone to his car to open it? again still didn't work then texted me to say put my phone on a heater or use a hair dryer to remove the moisture

United Kingdom | 11 March 2024I bought a glass screen protector at St John's in Liverpool, awful quality, started coming off straight away. Took it back & the man said he'd give me a better quality one...why he hadn't in the first place is beyond me, anyway only 3 hours later that started lifting, I took my case off to see if I could do anything, when I put my case back on the glass protector cracked from the corner all the way down the screen!! I took it back the next day & he accused me of dropping it!! My daughter's were witness to the fact I hadn't once dropped it & pointed out even if I had it shouldn't have broken under 24 hours!! He kept saying his had been on for 6 months & was ok, that the company wouldn't accept it just broke like that & wanted to charge me £10 for another screen protector!! Absolutely awful service, AVOID at all costs!!

The new screen is fake because you can see the difference in the colours and not just that he put the screen wrong : is like a really big one , getting out from the frame …what a scam ….

United Kingdom | 15 January 2024I took my phone for repair for a new charge port and they said that if they could not repair the phone I would not be charged and that it would be LIKE NEW when I got it back ! I paid and took the phone home to find it would not charge so I went back , they refused to repay the cost of repair initially and eventually with arguing gave back 60%of the repair , they do not honer their word and I would not trust them again

United Kingdom | 17 June 2023If I could give 0 stars I would..I bought a mobile phone holder from the store at a service station in Warwick. After one month of occasional use the plastic in the sucker deteriorated and it fell apart while we were in Spain. I sent photos and receipt to Top Gift and they basically called me a liar, saying that it hasn't broken and that we'd dismantled it! The item cost me £20 and lasted 4 weeks and they have refused to give me a refund. Customer service añappalling. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!
