after they reviewed my case they advised I have a big chance of getting my CCJ removed , because it needs a lot of work they charged me three times they usual charges , then they passed it to a senior person in the company whom opinion that my case had no merits and no point of carrying on with the case , they are refusing to refund my money despite charging much more than the standard charges because of the complexity of my case , now they are not even answering my emails

I found out I had a CCJ from an unpaid parking ticket, and these guys were amazing. They got all of the information from me and then presented it to the court to have it removed. They said it would take around 4 months but it only took around 2.5 months altogether, it was a really smooth process and I’m so happy that it has been removed, thank you so much!

I contact CCJ Removals in November 24, and by end of January 25 the whole process was complete and I had the CCJ set aside, despite being informed it could be 12 weeks before any court date would be issued. Brilliant Company. If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt stressed about an incorrect or incorrectly applied CCJ (mine was a utility bill sent to a completely different address) anyway.. this company (a charity I believe) has been superb from the first call. They had Eon agree the CCJ shouldn’t have been applied and then processed the court papers. I can highly recommend this company and Phil who was extremely helpful, professional and re-assuring.
