purchased a new whirlpool bath from this company , had it installed by my plumber , run the bath and it was leaking from the seals behind the jets onto my bathroom floor, phoned company who took all my details including invoice number and asked for proof by email pictures or video , which i sent straight away , still no response from 3 weeks ago , phoned again last week and lady took all my details again and logged complaint , saying someone higher up than her will call me , still no response , the customer service from this company after you purchase an expensive whirlpool bath (£1200) is non existent , my plumber has now removed jets and resealed the joints , at a cost of £180 to me , i would never use this company again mr r easter.

When calling to find out more about the products in order to establish which would best suit me and my wife I was looked after by the wonderful Amanda whose knowledge of the products is only surpassed by her fantastic approach to her work. She could not have been more helpful and patient with me (first time buying a whirlpool bath) as she explained the products and what they did. She made the whole experience a pleasure with her excellent manner and positive attitude - best sales person I have encountered for a very long time! As a consequence I placed my order with her without hesitation and feel very confident that I have selected the right bath for us and very much look forward to getting it installed. Thanks to Amanda who is a real credit to the Business, whatever they are paying you it is not enough!
