Shipping was pretty quick. It was also packed very well - no leakage. The price of this haircare product was the cheapest online that I could find. I just wish we could get it as cheap here as they do in the U.K., but I guess that's the price of importing.

I was refunded in total because I did not receive my order.

I ordered hair products and after notification that it was shipped, I then get a email saying I was getting a refund of one of my products. Terrible way to do business. The product I didn't get was the one I really needed.

Overall good ,the only problem was the date of delivery.Maybe that was FedEx fault
