While we ended up with a great deal, we were unaware going into the process what all of the steps were. We were promised access to funds multiple times within 24 hours, but then more items were requested of us, then more, then more... I don't begrudge our team of needing to follow protocol, just that the protocol was never communicated and we were told that we would have access to funds way before it would have ever been humanly possible.

This comp just didn't pressure at all and they made things easy for me liked that very much

I wasn't impressed with my experience with company, for a A+business there was alot of things that I was promised & they didn't live up too. My salesman matt was good with me ,but underwriting didn't seem to have a clue of what was going on & made offers & changed things at last minute ..

BizFi is a high price source to get money to solve a problem, their mistake is not having a next tier (better financing) available after you been a proven customer. I am not happy with the terms or proud to do businss with BizFI i only did it cause I had no other viable option. As soon as I do i will.....that is not a testimonial of good business. The stars are only for the people were good to deal with, but this is my 3rd advance and I wish I wasn't forced to use this option for funds. That is not a positive experience I have paid perfect for two years, you would think that would carry more weight but again you have to have a 700 credit score which is on me but i will

my sales person and underwriter was very helpful getting my loan completed. they did not use the invasive and offensive bank verification process. with all the fraud today, that would have been a deal breaker for me. more so my sales person was extremely helpful by communicating what the company was looking for in plain English. he was also extreimly responsive to all my questions. now whenn it comes time to get additional funding (if needed), i want to see if the company offers me a discounted rate as a valued customer.

John Morales was very professional and transparent from the start to the completion of my line of credit approval process. Although i wasn't able to secure an immediate term loan, Mr. Morales was still able to get my company approved in a 24 hour window for the LOC and assured me that we could continue to move forward in the near future to secure other financing.
