I was charged $400 for processing which I agreed to; however an additional $520 was taken out of my account after I already paid $520 the previous day in cash to William and Gary, which I have not received back in full. I received $260 from William and is awaiting for $260 from Gary. During the market interview I was told of the $400 but not told about the additional $520. I do not give permission to take out additional money except the $75.39 which was agreed upon in the contract. I would like this to be resolved expediently it is causing hardship to my business. I am not pleased by this.

Everything went smoothly and quickly, interest rates are fairly high but in line with other loan programs offered to new small business owners.
