Good product but customer service is terrible. It took several e-mails and texts that were not replied to get a response on every single topic including getting the filter part number in the first place, and trying to get a refund. The excuse was a trade show but it took place over a 2 month period of time.

I’ve been sent the wrong filter twice now, I’m beginning to think I’m better off using the filters I have been using all along.

Their OIl Filter is on fine piece. Very well made and was shipped quickly. Easy to do business with. Thank you Pure Power!

I am very satisfied with my Pure Power filter and your products are top notch. However the reason I gave you 3 stars is your lack of or MIA customer service reps. Sometime in mid or late summer I called your business phone number and left a message and sent an email with an important question and NO ONE responded! It seemed y'all were on a company wide extended vacation which left NO ONE to answer phones or return emails.I feel that is irresponsible particularly due to the technical aspect of your product. Maybe this is something y'all should discuss at your next company meeting. Other than that I support your product and have no problem referring others to your company. This is probably my 5th Pure Power Filter I’ve purchased over the last 18 years since I started driving vehicles legally. Had them on every car I’ve ever owned before being Totalled or traded in or engine failure or whatever. Either happenings have never been due to the filter. The engine that failed was a Sonata Engine (twice) installed as I had gotten a replacement engine covered through Hyundai’s warranty. Best filters & definitely take care of your engine & fuel & $’s savings. Never use any other paper tin cans, just PurePower

Did a ton of research, comparing the standard paper filters and the PurePower filter, was very suprised to see the numerous benefits of the PP filter had over its competitors. I also purchased the Flo bucket to assist in cleaning, but have not used it yet. As for the filter, extremely happy to know I have improved the performance of my oil as well as won't have to buy another filter again.

I have used these on my personnel HARLEY noticed a crisper throttle response immediately! Sold well over 50 plus at my old HD shop and people have asked me ,am I nuts or do I feel a little more snap now? I said well cooler oil temps ona HD equal better response ,so I would say YES to snappier throttle upon the install of the filter . I also stated to people it helps the environment and in 10 oil changes you have paid for the filter (KN oilf f,s $20 per )
