Canada | 10 January 2019Advertising is mis leading states billing for manual is paid for when completed and customer satisfied however when contacted directly told manual must be paid for prior to review. No one pays for a product like this without having seen the completed project. The consumer should not be required to pay your overhead prior to work completion. Then proceeds to hang up when she doesnt like the questions.
