Absolutely first class in all aspects and a most thoroughly enjoyable course. William Hanson is the ultimate professional and provides a relaxed, warm ambience from the outset and throughout the entire course. The content is excellent with certain aspects defined with regard to personal questions and requirements submitted prior to commencement of the course. My specific request with regard to boardroom protocol was answered and explained thoroughly and I am now completely at ease with this area and I look forward to putting this into practice with the knowledge and confidence I have acquired from the course. William Hanson is always interesting and this webinar was no exception. He gave a history of greetings and the logic behind them and what to do in the current coronavirus epidemic.

William is a charming and engaging host, with just the right combination of useful, well-researched information...and fun! Short, half-hour sessions exactly hit the spot. It might have been nice to have responded to a few questions, to give a feeling of being part of a viewing community, but my question was answered in the body of his presentation anyway - perhaps the others were too.

Today's webinar featuring Butler John Robertson gave behind the scenes insight to the butler and other household staff duties.
