UPD I`m deeply touched! I was contacted by Kamilla. She wrote: "This is certainly not the quality we aim to deliver. Of course, we will send you a new one right away to make up for the issues you've encountered." So now I have a new one! That attitude convinced that I made the right choice deciding to buy AY Studios backpack ❤️ I didn't want to write this review, because I still like your backpack. The thing is that the very next day one backstrap ripped, a few days later - velcro from the pockets came off as well as label on the pocket. It's just very sad and disappointing. Like I bought it in Chinise shop and not for 120 euros. Please do something with it. I really don't want anyone experience what I had.

Purchased the product on 23-09-2024. It was shipped at 25-09-2024 so two days later. Then the product has been shipped from DK to SEE then back to DK then shipped to my country. I needed the items as a birthday gift tomorrow. Now it will arrive way to late. I tried to contact customer service 3 times, by phone but nobody answered. Overall, a very sad experience...

I love my James AY sunglasses. I recently lost a pair and they didn’t stock them on their website anymore. The awesome owner had a look and found a pair in their warehouse and I got to get my favourite pair back.

The refund process was strange. I informed them via the email and asked for confirmation multiple times. No answer. I sent the item back and got my refund. The communication was bad. No idea why they dont respond. Hi Torben, I wrote 4 mails. 3 of them to hi(at)aystudios.com and the last one to hi(at)aystudios.com and daniel (at)aystudios.com I just sent you a mail.

I saw a pair of super chic sunglasses on a bloke on Netflix show I was watching and took a photo and zoomed in on the logo. I then googled AY sunglasses and found their insta, then sent the pic to their account and they got back to me really quickly with the make and colour and I ordered the pair straight away. They arrived within a few days and are just as chic as I’d hoped. It’s so rare to find sunglasses which look top quality but aren’t the boring fashion brands for extortionate prices. Super happy. Love it.
