If I could leave no stars I would. SCAM ALERT!!!! I ordered some jewelry and my account was charged. Waited patiently as I seen the items were being sent from China. Kept looking for tracking of package and the it was supposedly delivered to my address on 12/11 and it was not. I had mail that day but no package. I contacted customer service and was told it was my responsibility to call my postal service and see why I did not get my package..Now my tracking number is giving a whole other message like it's redoing the entire shipping process. I HIGHLY suggest using caution when considering ordering from this company as I greatly suspect it is a SCAM!!!!!!!!

Good quality jewellery delivered quickly

Ordered the wrong product. Upon receiving items and sporadic communications with the customer service department, I got an address for returning the item, in China! Not a return label, an address! International shipping on my dime, isn't worth it.

Material is crap. My ear was infected within 2 wks,and I've had my piercings over 40 years with no infections. Pitched them in the garbage

Ordered a three weeks ago. Items appear as delivered, but never received purchased items. Contacted Customer Service who provided link to tracking website written only in Chinese. They instructed me to contact USPS without tracking number. Scam, been waiting for more than three weeks for merchandise paid for a long time ago. No customer service phone number available.

BUYER BEWARE. Placed my order over 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived. Tracking is non-existent with NO status updates. I contacted customer support both on the website chat function as well as email and they have done NOTHING to give me any kind of status on the order.
