After several emails and telephone calls, I did not receive a reply. My 2-week subscription was charged to my credit card and not shipped for a week. I no longer want to do business.

I never received my grass order that was out for delivery and then delayed...then cancelled? Nobody has contacted me with an explanation or remedy yet.

We have been receiving turf for our dog close to four years since we moved to a building with no grass. We have our turf box on the balcony and it is perfect alternative for when we can not go for a walk.

We’ve been a customer for about two years now and just switched to the large grass for our 20lb pup. He loves it and for us the shipping care is much better.

Great product! My dog can't live without it and it's always a pleasant experience to receive the patch and dispose of the other patch. The plastic gloves that come with every case and the treat for my dog are always such a thoughtful addition.

The packaging was throughly wet and destroyed upon arrival. Very disappointed! When shipping to the south, you must realize it rains and therefore package your product accordingly. Unfortunately I cannot use the wax lined box as a container for the grass patch.

Patio pet arrives fresh and is so handy for us with a new puppy.
