I donated to something through them. I didn't want any further contact or to have the my information spread or used, so tried to delete account. There is no way to delete it through your account settings. Contacting through email, I was told the account could be deleted. Then, someone "stepped in" for the customer service person and said that they don't delete accounts "for a variety of reasons" which is extremely suspicious. I would stay far, far away from this site or being linked to them in any way.
