The oolong tea tasted lovely, but the pineapple cakes’ shelf life was extremely short. I only had 4 days to finish all 8 cakes.

Product was good, but I was a bit surprised that the package arrived in a used box featuring Spanish ham with Spanish writing. I am all for reuse, but I feel that for a professional business this was not very professional to be using the box of something random for your customer’s delivery (that your company doesn’t even sell this product so is it from the seller’s own home..?)

We ordered two boxes of Uncle E Pineapple Cakes 鳳梨酥 - 8 pcs in the afternoon, and it arrived in the evening! Very fast and smooth online shopping experience. The pineapple cakes are delicious, not too sweet and not too greasy.

I ordered four iron-made cans of tea leaves and received them with apparent dents on two of them and without any protection materials inside the box. I think at least Amazon can win over in this kind of service. Also, no section for customers to note if they're for gifts or not, so I think the ordering system is not very thoughtful.

Placed a order on the 7th of may for some Easter sale pack and today is the 13th of may and I'm still waiting for the delivery
