They give excellent optician and dispensing services and look after their customers so well that complimentary glasses retightening and cleaning is always available which is fantastic. United Kingdom | 29 November 2024Lorry driver average earning. ad go Pinders get diabetic check. usually spend £200 get my prescription from Asda which I never had a complaint with. But I fancied some oversized glasses & thought treat myself. got 2 pairs shelf price £200 each & i get free prescription due 2 being diabetic. Bill once glasses ready near £2000 with a sale price of £1500 but if I took a monthly subscription £15 4 18 months I would ave 2 pay £962.00 plus the monthly payment. People must have money to burn this kind of monies for spectacles is ridiculous. So shelf price plus 400% is what you can expect to pay. Will be sticking to Asda in future.

United Kingdom | 07 November 2024For some reason I've always found choosing new glasses a bit of an ordeal, not as bad as visiting the dentist, admittedly, but too much preening in the mirror for my comfort. However, my recent trip to Pinders was a fun and positive experience, thanks to Natalie, who, after our initial chat about my general preferences, selected a wide range of specs for me to try on, and used her experience and 'eye' (ho ho) to recommend frame colours and shapes that suited my face. I'll be collecting two new pairs of specs in a few days and I'm confident I'll love them. Thanks for your patience and knowledge, Natalie.

The equipment is of the latest technology to ensure you have the full eye experience that goes beyond a basic eye test, everything was explained throughout my eye test and contact lens test.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2024What a fantastic experience. Billy was great, he was very thorough, explained everything & was very engaging. A really good pace, Billy’s patience is excellent, not rushed at all which made for a relaxing experience, making a difference in the fast paced lives we all lead these days. I could even refer to the whole service as therapeutic ! After my test I was then placed with Jo who helped me choose some new glasses, again the experience was relaxed, didn’t feel at any point rushed, I was the customer & the focus was on me, a really professional organization. My appointment was on a Saturday & to my surprise my glasses were ready the following Tuesday with the excellent Nikon lenses fitted, I couldn’t believe how quick this was ! I was also asked if I’d like a coffee whilst I was trying on the glasses & to my delight it was a proper bean to cup that was really nice. The practice is really well laid out & everything is quality. The glasses I am delighted with & have been using them ever since. One thing I must point out is this is my second visit & on both visits I had the scan not just the photo but the scan which is really important as it gets to levels cameras can’t. My first visit something was picked up on the scan, a letter sent to my doctors & within a week or two my doctors rang to make me an appointment. After a few lifestyle changes the second scan was showing the abnormality had gone. Should I have not had the scan I wouldn’t have know so well done Team Pinders & thanks !!!

The branch refurbishment looks absolutely stunning, I loved listening to the relaxing background music whilst waiting to be seen. Billy did my eye examination. He was so patient, attentive and explained everything he was doing so well. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Pinders to my friends and family. They really are service with a smile and they do care.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2024I had a full scan and eye examination with Billy I am quite nervous and he made me feel at ease straight away he explained all about the scan which was very interesting and any questions i had he answered .I needed new glasses as my eyes had changed Joanne and Allyson helped me pick and were so helpful .Joanne then fitted them.There were loads of lovely frames. Becky fitted them for me when they arrived and made sure they fit properly and my reading was clear .All the staff were lovely and made it really relaxed and my new glasses are gorgeous
