I recieved unsolicited marketing email from Commercial Business Equipment. I have emailed them three times to ask them where they have obtained my details from and why they are emailing me and three times they have failed to reply.

I would NOT recommend leasing a copier or printer from CBE. We used CBE without trouble for three years. They then convinced our office manager to sign a five-year lease. She was not paying attention to the fine print when she signed on. Two months later we tried to terminate the lease with their partner Grenke Leasing. They demanded five years of lease payments up front with no consideration for us returning the copier almost five years early. The whole episode has been very demanding and very “legal”. Looking at the other reviews on this site it is very hard to believe that any of them are authentic.
