The overall experience with buying was not good. But I was very happy to buy from your store. Your vendor took to much time in sharing the url for your website as we have always pay by credit card. I don't know why the vendor was reluctant in taking payment via credit card.

I ordered for AutoCAD release 2017 through you. The downloading did not start the execution. I contacted you and Mr. Rishi entered my system through team viewer, cleaned the system and started the download. Though the down load was complete, the system did not work. After two days, he contacted me, again entered the system and cleared the glitches. I now can use the AutoCAD without difficulty. Thank you and all and Mr. Rishi for the support.
