We had a bespoke splashback fitted by The Glass Smith Wales Team, via our kitchen supplier (Emma Reed Kitchens). The survey team attended our premises after the installation of the kitchen and took detailed measurements of what was required. The team was professional, polite, and very informative. They arrived on time and were efficient with their time. The splashback was delivered and installed this morning. The team arrived on time once again and demonstrated professionalism and politeness. They took care to protect the flooring from the front door through the passage and into the kitchen, even though I initially suggested it was unnecessary. The splashback fits perfectly and has been installed to a high standard. I have been issued with informative care instructions both verbally and in writing. The splashback looks perfect in our new kitchen, and I would highly recommend The Glass Smith Wales team!

I am so pleased to have found The Glass Smith Wales. From the offset they were friendly and professional and not pushy at all. Amy was amazing and answered all my questions and patiently waited for us to complete our work and contact her again. She didn't pester me at all which i loved. The survey and install was carried out in a professional and quick manner. Laying down sheets to keep the house clean to tidying everything up and taking the rubbish with them.
