We couldn't have been happier chosing to use LUX Construction! They have made the process of large-scale building works on our house a very enjoyable experience (and being an Architect myself, I know how difficult that is to achieve!) Not only were they always friendly, kept us informed of progress and provided a very open/collaborative approach to discuss details and design decisions, the finished quality of the work is excellent. We wanted a ground floor extension to our house for an open plan living area including kitchen. Lux Developments built a garden office for me recently. The whole process was great from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Communication was very good and the finished office looks fantastic. I think it even has better insulation than my house.

They were here most of the time when they said they would be. Staff were competant at doing there jobs. Worked tirelessly and friendly. Quality of work was high. Opportunity for improvement includes being more proactive with their communication regarding what is and is not included in the work schedule/contract and consideration of customers home and garden...very untidy at times.
