I ordered 10 bottles of the Vitabath coconut bubble bath which I love. I was to supposed to receive a free purple pouf with it. I did not receive the pouf so I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to Robin who promised to send one out. I have still not received it. I am slightly annoyed at the poor customer service.

Their products are wonderful and the pricing is the best you can find anywhere. I always buy for Christmas.

I’ve been using this product for years and buy it by the gallon for convenience and value. It was less costly than on Amazon Prime and the shipping updates gave me confidence that buying from VitaBath was the best decision. Very happy!

I don't recommend it to anyone, and I still tell my friends not to buy from you, so we're going to make this information available to many people. Total disrespect towards the customer.

Excellent service. Arrived very quickly and was packaged exceptionally well. This is the first time I ordered directly from Vitabath and I will in the future. I have used Vitabath products for dozens of years, primarily the spring green bath gel and lotion. Both feel so good and soothing on the skin and have a lasting, fresh and aromatic fragrance.

I ordered my items on October 27th and I still haven't received my order.

The quality is still with the lathering, but the smell is a little toned? Not getting that spa smell like before!

Vitabath is an awesome product! I’ve used it for years. It’s kept my dry skin hydrated and soft. The quality hasn’t changed over the years, the price is affordable, and a better option than there higher priced competitors! The free puff was small and unrealistic to use in the bath for an adult, but, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase.

My order came quickly and I am happy to have my Bath/Shower gel again. I've been using it for several years and love it.
