There was a big delay in shipping and they didn’t communicate with me about it until I emailed them. I do like the soap a lot, but they should hire more employees to help send out orders in a timely fashion.

In the past I would have given them a five-star rating. However, my recent experience with them has been quite disappointing. I've called them multiple times to check the status of my order, but each time they just directed me to their support email. I have sent three emails so far, but they have not responded to any of them. The lack of response and poor customer service has left me disappointed.

Keep selling the products. I just started to try their shower gels I bought two this time. Its an old European product. I just love the name and their products. Expensive also. I have been with vitabath more than a decade or more. One of my co-workers like this product too.
