Tom is one of the best guys you can do business with. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He does not ever try to over sell you on anything. He answers your questions and gives suggestion on what you’re looking for. Jendes products are top quality as well.

The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

Jende provides great products! I have 2 of their knife rolls as well as a number of knife sharpening stones and other products. All are great!! And I can't speak highly enough of their customer service!! Very highly recommended!!

I would def recommend Jende Industries, I had a good experience ordering from them and there products are actually good. I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . Overall they are top notch with fast shipping and good communication.👍
