Bought a very expensive item off them - never arrived and even after multiple attempt to contact through messages and emails I still cannot source the whereabouts of my order or get any sort of reply for a refund. Very poor service

Thank you for a great musical evening and friendly welcome. It was a pity the heavens had opened a few hours prior to the planning evening but we enjoyed it all the same.

Friendly staff on the whole, excellent food and drink and good music. The only toilet being upstairs with only one handrail was a problem for my stroke-survivor husband. Having asked to move to be able to see the musicians, it was disapointing that we were not alerted when such seats did become available and a late-comer nabbed them.

Booked as a surprise for birthday, Loved every minuet of it. Sharing platter "The Local" was huge everything was beautiful. Staff very friendly with out being O.T.T We pre ordered wine , that was my choice. Nice to have live music, not to our normal taste, but the young lady had a great voice and we enjoyed it all. Cocktails are yummy.

Lovely coffee shop/restaurant with great live music and a pretty garden to enjoy your coffee in.

Your team were short staffed during the day. That meant they did not pick up any ansa machine message, so there was no food for one of our party. The person in change on arrival (about 7pm) was not customer focused, and not at all conciliatory. No remedy or meaningful apology was offered. The response was 'poor me' in terms of attitude and demeanour. We suggested a remedy so the member of our group without food did not have to go hungry (i.e. to get a pizza in from across the road which could be plated in the Ledberry kitchen. Response: 'No we don't do that'. The member of our party went home and did not get to see the performance. No refund was offered. Indeed it was denied. Later the front of house lead, was made aware by myself, and was apologetic but by this time it was too late.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Great place to enjoy an evening
