United States | 24 December 2024Without a doubt this is the worst company to deal with. As you can see from the thread of 1 star reviews, Louiza is the gem that responds to every one of these reviews in a nasty manner. This is also how she responds in “customer service” emails. I emailed saying I received my tulip bulbs (a month after my thousands of other bulbs were already planted like others have mentioned here, they ship WAY too late), but ranunculus corms hadn’t been delivered with the tulip bulbs. I inquired if they would be sent in the spring to which the reply was along the lines of “this does not happen” and I must have misplaced my corms and to look for them. I simply asked if they would be sent in the spring time, as a lot companies will send your bulbs, tubers, or corms in the spring based on your zone. To which her reply was if you’d like to get corms in the spring you need to order them under the spring category. No thanks ! I like to have everything all set for my coming growing season and not risk not getting what I want. Every response from this witch was “again, I asked you to look” “again, I’m not denying you customer service” not denying me customer service but arguing with me about an order I didn’t receive ??? OK!!!!! I was then referred to her “colleague” to “solve the issue” they called and I didn’t answer. I’m not going to argue with a company when it’s my word against their lies, not worth the time or further frustration. If this colleague was going to solve the issue what is LOUIZA doing answering my emails in the first place???? Also if your intent was to solve the issue I wouldn’t be questioned and told to “again, look around your property” again, again, again—those are her favorite words as you can see in this review thread. It’s amazing how she’s able to fit her entire vocabulary into one sentence. Solve the issue by sending more, or offering a refund.. not trying to defend your terrible company and blaming your customer. I’m sure Louiza will have a snide comment to this review which will certainly show how terribly rude they are. Her response will be “again, we tried calling you please kindly respond” why? This went nowhere thru email, and won’t go anywhere over the phone either. Horrible, horrible customer service. I despise this company and would never order from them again. I will add too that most of the tulip bulbs were damaged or diseased looking. They’ll gaslight you and tell you they’re not I’m sure. Or try to blame it on the customer like you did something wrong to cause it, or tell you “they look perfectly fine” My favorite part of the ordeal was this lady tells me “this is not something that happens” of course it doesn’t !!!! When you refuse to admit you’re wrong and your products are garbage, you’re able to maintain the delusion that everything is great. Oh wait that is called gaslighting, once again. And before miss Louiza comes at me here to say “again, you never mentioned anything about tulip bulbs” it’s because I don’t care..I never mentioned anything about the tulips because it wasn’t important. I already have thousands in the ground. This was $685 down the drain and a huge lesson learned. I’ve posted it to all my social media platforms as well to warn fellow gardeners. If I could give negative stars I would, and it would be due to my interaction with Louiza. Before that I would’ve given the one star for their garbage poor quality products and lack of receiving an order in its entirety. I did have a great Christmas. I don’t understand why a colleague would need to call when the entire issue was in the email threads. There’s nothing more to clarify. If you were going to solve the problem by refund or sending that actual product I didn’t receive .. you wouldn’t need to verify that thru phone calls, It would have been done already.. so instead.. your company chose to do absolutely nothing about it which proves my point of this review. This company is vile, their products are garbage and customer service is rude, passive aggressive, and worthless.

United States | 23 December 2024I previously gave a bad review for bulbs delivered near frozen and damaged. I take that back as Dutch Grown has issued a full refund. Letty from customer service was quite responsive. I will order from them again considering their gorgeous products and quick response to an unhappy costumer. An honest company is a blessing in today’s word.

The history of the company is also clear and consice. I did not speak to a gardener so I do not have that experience.

I generally order for my mother-in-law and friends, and they have always been very pleased with the results, which at the end of the day, is the bottom line in gardening. Visiting their site, you can easily see any special coupon code listed on the top which I appreciate so I don't have to worry about searching through emails to find one. I've found some really interesting bulbs like the Jumbo Jet Tulip which changes color over time--VERY fun! I've even managed to surprise my mother-in-law with a new flower every so often, and that is hard to do. I've ordered from them several times and find they are very conscientious and reliable. What originally drew me to their company was their guarantee.

The company was kind and there communication was quick. They have good customer service and I'm going to purchase from them in the future.

I looked up this company and it seemed to be okay so I thought I would take a chance on . I am very glad I did! Beautiful size bulbs arrived in good condition arrived much more quickly than I thought they were going to do. I've got these guys on my list from now on.
